Every Project is planned and designed with a concept inspired by the client requirements, developed into detailed/working layouts(Architecture) with separate deck of structural(Civil), electrical and plumbing drawings(MEP).
We design the interiors with a vision and a theme specific to the project, while respecting the functionalism and aesthetics of the space We assist client, with the material(lighting, furniture, flooring, finishes, hardware etc.) selection, material calculations and high level estimates.
We assist clients in developing the comprehensive project schedules with regular updates post monitoring of activities as anticipated at project sites.

Understanding and formulation of Client requirements, Concept development, Strategic planning, Form-Function-Aesthetics Factors.
Preparation of Tender, GFC drawings, Design detailing for ease of construction at site, Preparation of Structure drawings, MEP drawings.
Technical drawings, regular monitoring and coordination with the site team to achieve the timely milestones and maintaining the highest level of quality work at all the times.
Necessary documentation, Preparation of As-Built drawings, handing over deck.
The DPC or Damp Proof Course is used to restrict the effect of water rising from the substructure ground to the superstructure level of the building, A DPC layer is usually laid below all masonry walls, regardless if the wall is a load bearing wall or a partition wall. DPC is laid both horizontally and vertically as per the construction details.
As per the Bureau of Indian Standard, chemicals that are recommended include Clorpyrifos 20% E.C, Lindane 20% E.C; Imidacloprid 30.5% SC for Termite Pest Control For the new construction. The emulsion is prepared out of these chemicals by mixing them with water at the prescribed dosages. The stages and sequence for treatment are: Bottom and Sides of Trenches of Foundation, Backfill in Immediate Contact with Foundation; Junction of Wall and Floor, Top Surface of Plinth Filling, External Perimeter of Building.
